What’s The Bible All About
September 13, 9:15 am -
Fellowship Hall
Book of Proverbs and page 71 in the Through the Bible in One Year work book.
It is time to be more acquainted with the origin of the Bible, with its basic content, with its historical events that speak to us today, with the major personalities that identify our struggles with being strong in our faith, and with thousands of promises that have never been broken by God.
The intent of this course is to better equip all believers such as: disciples of Jesus Christ, Christian leaders, new believers as well as mature believers who never had a thorough survey of the entire Bible, Sunday School teachers, Christian parents who want to get it right the first time around, and those who merely wish to confirm their faith with a firm Biblical foundation.
“The Divine Conspiracy”
A small group Bible Study by Dallas Willard and John Ortberg, will be offered on Thursdays 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm starting September 22 through October 27. Co-facilitated by Trish Carle and Tamalyn Malpezzi, this six week study captures the core of Christ's teachings in a fresh, relevant light, revealing a revolutionary way to experience God by knowing Him as an essential part of your here and now, rather than only as a part of the hereafter. Call 896-8092 to register.
