30 Minute Cardio & Abdominal workout

Put on some tunes and get moving.  All you need is a small space 30 minutes of music and a clock with a second hand. Spend one minute on each numbered activity below. Good luck

      1. March in place center
      2. March in place outer
      3. Low kicks front
      4. Knee lifts inside
      5. Knee lifts out side
      6. Jog
      7. Kick back
      8. Side to side
      9. Kick Back
      10. Jog
      11. Knee lifts center
      12. Right Knee lift angled center/arm pull angled with knee             
      13. Squats
      14. Left Knee lift angled center/arms pull angled with knee
      15. Squats
      16. Jog
      17. Reach side to side
      18. Twist with washer arms
      19. Punch 15 sec each, side to side, upper cut, side to side
      20. Reach

21-25. Cool down with small marching in place, heel presses, one steps, heel-pull backs.

26-30. Stretch upper body to middle to lower body.  You may stretch longer than 5 minutes. Hold each stretch 15 sec or longer.   (Five Minutes)
